Main types of Autoloading of the DVD Duplicator

The technology of DVD duplication employs red laser for making the copies of recordable disks of DVDs. The CD duplicator can also be employed for the duplication of CDs and maximum of the disc copiers also feature the dual drive which provides the duplication for the both formats CD/DVD+R and CD/DVD-R. Some of that disk copiers are also employed for the DVD printing.

The main benefit of employing the autoloading of the DVD duplication is that they are helpful in reducing the human intervention up to a great extent. Unlike the other manual copies of DVD, these do not need any operator to load and unload the drives. Ion these you only have to load the drive once. After that enter the number of copies you want of the loaded drive and then you only have to return back to collect the duplicates from that duplicator of that loaded drive.

There are basically three types of autoloading used for the DVD and CD duplicators

•    Stand alone autoloading

These types of autoloaing are very similar to the loading of drives manually except the fact that it won’t employ an operator for it. It will run through a program which is installed in it. These devices are easily available in small and portable size. These are suitable even if  you want to manufacture a large number of DVDs or CDs.

•    PC based autoloading

In this method the models are connected to a computer with the help of Firewire interface or a USB or it can also be a combination of two. The PC connection will also allow you to duplicate your CD DVD directly from your host computer which in turn gives you more control.

•    Networkable autoloading

This type of autoloading will allow a network wide access from the multiple clients to autoloading DVD copiers.

Now if you are looking  for the services of DVD distribution which suits best for your needs, then there are some points which should be taken into considerations such as their speed factor, user intervention, size or volume of the duplication tasks, multiple duplication etc.
